Risk of Theft

Go Innov8 Inc. and its affiliates do not give any assurance that there might be no theft involved on your digital assets on situations resulting to hacking, cyber-attacks and/or any types of malicious attacks of source codes that could harm and exploit your digital assets or the Project or its related software or any other blockchains, or otherwise. Any of these might lead to partial or complete theft or loss of digital assets used in transactions carried out in connection with the Tokens, the Project or their related software.

We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses that we are not in control of.

Risk of Project Flaws, Token Logic or Any Software Related Issues

The principal logic of the Tokens, the Project and their related software may be flawed, defective or impaired which can result the application to behave incorrectly or not as expected; or transactions being executed in violation of logic which can lead to partial or complete loss of digital assets used in the transaction.

Although we gave our best efforts to ensure that the Project, Tokens and their related software follow the high-security measures, we do not guarantee that the aforementioned subject matter are secure, safe and/or protected from phishing, malware or other malicious attacks. Furthermore, these may contain weaknesses and vulnerabilities, bugs, viruses or other defects which may affect the material and cause harmful effect on the usage of such or may lead to losses and damages for you, other users or third persons.

Risk in Blockchain Inherent

Any malfunction, breakdown or abandonment of the blockchain connected to the Project may have harmful effects on the Tokens, the Project or such related software. Moreover, advancements in cryptography or technology might present risks to the aforementioned subject matter. Although it is very unlikely, the blockchain, as well as any other blockchain, can be maliciously attacked which may result in downtime, long reorganization of the chain or other harmful outcomes each of which may lead to complete loss of your digital assets.
