Arcus
Executive Summary
In the digital age, a game application is much more than just a software; it has to provide content to become enjoyable. The fast growing field of software engineering especially in the sector of game development is hard to predict. It is a work of art that serves a demonstration of how powerful this medium can be to tap a wide varieties of audiences with games being young and well-diverse.
Game Development could do so much more to stupefy users formally, narratively and structurally for many years to come. After months of planning, empathizing, defining problems, ideating, prototyping and testing – Arcus was born.
Arcus is a bow and arrow combat with up to 10 or more players cross-platform that consists of an intense, fun, real-time and arena-based Player vs Player; and a team play Guild Wars action. This skill-based game application is also available for Deathmatch and Heroes Journey and it includes a treasury bank feature to sustain the game tokenomics. Like many NFT games, Arcus embraces a P2E Play-To-Earn Business Model – a powerful model that combines two staples that have been propelling humankind since the beginning of time – Money and Entertainment.
In this project, however, the focal point is to introduce our own definition of P2E or what our team calls it, Play-To-Enjoy.
One of the important piece and concept of Arcus is to bring back what we are missing. The gaming industry nowadays focuses more on Play-To-Earn without thinking our enjoyment with regards to the game that should actually give us a nostalgic feeling and brings us back to our childhood. This is what the Arcus Team aims at. With Arcus, money is just the tip of the iceberg of earning rewards via Native Token without noticing it while concurrently playing a game you enjoy the most.
The whole team feels so grateful that we are able to come up and accomplish this gaming application to be shared with everyone.
May the last Arcus standing wins!
