This Notice and Risk Disclosure Declaration is provided by Go Innov8 Inc., an IT Company formed in the Philippines. Any representations and statements made by us or on our behalf; and any use of Tokens issued by us in any platform or services upon which our Tokens is being used (the 'Project'), regardless whether the said Project is owned, developed and/or controlled by us shall also be subject to this Notice. The Tokens and the Project may also be subject to additional terms and conditions that may be amended by us/owner of the Project on some occasions.

Please read this Notice and Declarations carefully before using the Project or the Token.

The Tokens

$ARCUS is the Native Token of the game Arcus. This is the token used for NFTs to play inside the Arcus Metaverse and this is earned by completing the Heroes Journey adventures and competing with other Arcus players with the use of the different modes of gameplay. We do not make any representations or warranties of any kind with reference to the Tokens and we disclaim any representations or warranties implied relating to the Tokens.

The Tokens might lose some of its value and we do not make any promises with reference to its price, supply, value and performance. We would also like to emphasize that Go Innov8 Inc. or any of their affiliates do not influence the price of the Tokens nor its performance and assumes no liability to any person for the Tokens.

Purchasing the Native Token of the game Arcus is not an investment, security, share or equity interest, debt or loan, nor a derivative instrument of any kind. The Tokens do not provide any person with the rights of any type concerning us or our affiliates, their revenues, and/or assets. These Tokens does not provide any ownership rights or other interest.

The Tokens cannot be received, used, held by, transferred, or sold to a person as well that is subject to economic or financial sanctions or prohibited commerce and trade or enforced by any country or government unless allowed by us at our care.

Materials and Assets

All the materials and assets that are provided in this Project and Whitepaper are for informational and educational purposes only and must not be relied upon when making any actions or decisions be it wholly or partially. Go Innov8 Inc. and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for the completeness, accuracy and reliability of the Materials. Therefore, the use of such Materials is at your own care and risk; and you are solely responsible for any possible damages and/or losses arising from such event. We would like to stress that it is always better to conduct your own independent research and investigation on a specific context.

Materials may also contain third-party data. We do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the data although we believe that such data is reasonable and reliable; and we will be under no obligation to update or fix such Materials.

All materials and assets in the game development of this Project, however, are all owned, purchased and licensed.

Project Rights

This Project is created by the Arcus Team of Go Innov8 Inc. that aims to develop a skill-based and real-time game that can be enjoyed and entertain people while earning rewards via Native Tokens without noticing it at the same time.

The Project, Arcus, is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without implication of any kind including and not limited to warranties that the Project is free from defects, vulnerabilities, marketable, fit for a particular purpose or non-infringing. The use of this Project shall be at your own discretion and risk.

We hereby accentuate that Go Innov8 Inc. and its affiliates shall not be held liable in connection with or for any claims, losses, damages or other liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Project and/or its use.

Risk and No Liability Acceptance

By reading the Risk Disclosure Declaration from the next page of this chapter and using the Tokens and/or the Project itself, you hereby accept that all of the listed risks might take place but less likely and agree that we shall not be in any way liable for any losses or damages incurred due to or in connection with such risks.
